Why dont the gov. open the artic wildlife refuge to drilling,we need the new gas so our pump price lowers?

the animals will survive, and we should open more so we would not be have to rely on foreign oil and their redicules prices. what is the matter with our top officials,or arethey in the GAS BUSINESS with the foreigners here or over seas? do the owners of gas fields here profit from high prices at the gas pumps? if so what politicians partially own gas fields here in the U.S. lets see a list of the politians listed every where that own these gas fields, this might spark a change in somthing. you all figure out what the something would be.Why dont the gov. open the artic wildlife refuge to drilling,we need the new gas so our pump price lowers?
easy come, easy go.

Also, as long as an illegal alien is picking your apple, eat 'em!

Would be a different scenario if YOU had to go pick 'em. And, have you ever milked a cow? Think of that the next time you drive to Mcdons and eat so cheapWhy dont the gov. open the artic wildlife refuge to drilling,we need the new gas so our pump price lowers?
We need to find alternatives to oil, and as the more demand for the current oil increase, it has become expensive to search for oil(1 barrell costs to barrells to search). In response alternative fuels are being 'discovered' like bio-diesel, hybrid engines and battery operated cars. Also wind farming is being used as a source of alternative energy for utilities. Remember the more cars and driving the more pollutants, that adversely affect the ecosystem. The Artic Refuge can be used for alternative economic activity that doesn't spoil its pristine nature. We've wisened up and have to look for alternative means for economic grow and sustainability, while preserving the natural environment.
