Tell her to apply with local enivironmental consultant firms.. they are always looking for biologists. Also, have here apply with the local Fish and Wildlife Service. Check out these websites as well... there should be a few jobs in the Seattle area:

B.S. degrees in wildlife ecology are almost a dime a dozen, especially up in the northwest. There are lots of people that have a degree without a job. If she is interested in a career in ecology, she needs to think about grad school. The University of Washington has a great program.
